The Housing Finance Corporation provides £250m funding support to SNG
The Housing Finance Corporation, the UK’s leading affordable housing aggregator, has announced a new £250m strategic partnership with SNG (Sovereign Network Group), supporting the housing association’s long-term ambitions to invest in affordable homes, existing communities and future growth.
SNG is currently developing homes across London and Southern England and is currently building 709 social rent homes in the capital. Recent completions include 69 affordable homes in Brentford and 56 affordable homes in Stevenage.
The partnership reflects a shared commitment to delivering safe, sustainable homes, creating stronger communities and generating long-term social impact.
