Susan joined The Housing Finance Corporation Board in July 2026. She has over 28 years’ experience in the financial services sector specialising in equity investment, advisory, and financing across energy, transport and social infrastructure.
Susan has extensive experience in global infrastructure finance and advisory, gained through senior roles including Global Co-Head of Infrastructure and Real Estate Finance at HSBC, involving the delivery of complex funding structures and debt advisory. Previously, she held roles with Macquarie Infrastructure and the Commonwealth Government of Australia.
