Susan Bailey joined The Housing Finance Corporation in December 2025. She is a chartered accountant with over 30 years of experience managing finance teams across a range of sectors including financial services, commerce and not-for-profit including as Bank Financial Controller of Close Brothers bank and as Group Finance Director of the Institution of Civil Engineers. She also serves on the finance committee of Action for Children charity.
